I am just searching for the meaning to all my vivid dreams! I have always since i was 4 yr old had dreams of flying and exploration, and a tremendous awareness of it as if it were real---really real. Thanks for the info on thise site! I remembered being younger and having dreams of flying and a VERY strong sensation of being or moving around in a world being disconnected, and then feeling yanked back into my bed (or now i know body) with a shock in the morning and remembering it all. I was too young then to relize what it was, or I would of had fun with it. Now, I can try these exersizes and maybe visit the places I remember visiting when I was younger! This site has the exact information I was looking for, without tons of extra facts. thanks!
