i will try the idea about the glass of water. i have been trying to have
a oobe for about 2 -3 wks. i was walking through a book store when i saw a book
about astral travel. the experience i had as a child (which is always in the
back of my mind ) came to me and i had strong desire to experience again as
an adult. any help or support you can give would be appreciated. by the way
i was @ the denist for my 1st time as a very small child. i always tried to
rationalize the experience by saying it was the gas they placed on my face but
i could never completely convience myself that i was just a hallucination. anyway
